So you’ve been hurt or maybe you hurt someone else. God can fix it. God may be nudging you this very moment to ask for forgiveness or be willing to forgive. Trust God, listen and act. There is no wrong that God cannot make right.

Doing right is never wrong. Being honest and trustworthy is the way to live. Perhaps a slight twist of the facts might bring a short term gain. A little misrepresentation might bring some short term satisfaction. But in the end truth always wins, so live like a winner.

Let yourself be supported. Gaze into the beautiful sky and allow time for your spirit to be refreshed. Then when you are feeling stronger, simply choose a direction and start swimming.

People are always judging each other and, the truth is, they’re not very good at it. Don’t put a lot of concern into what people think of you. You weren’t created to please and entertain everyone. You were created to be you, so feel good about yourself.

Now is that time. Be a calm presence of love. Let your heart shine like a beacon in dark times. It is surprising what a difference one light can make.

Your feelings are telling you something important. Do not rush to act on the first whim, take time to hear the full message.

If your prayer has no emotion, it has no power. God wants to know how you feel. God wants to hear what’s in your heart.

Take refuge in God and you will be able to handle anything life throws your way.

So when you have an important decision to make, check in with how you feel, not how you think.

Have the courage to live a life true to yourself, not the life others expect of you. You can start small, but do start honoring at least some of your dreams.

At times everyone goes through trials and tribulations. Seek out someone else in a similar situation and give them an encouragement or just a hug. Find meaning in the midst of your struggles by helping another in similar straits.

You are not here to do it all alone. That would be crazy! Do you know how to grow rice, spin yard or make electricity? No one does it all alone. That’s why people have each other. Relying on and supporting each other is what makes the world go round. Don’t be shy about asking for help.

Enjoy playing the game, even be serious about it if you wish, but do not get so attached to this form that you forget who you truly are - the fruit of God’s love.

Acceptance does not mean resignation. Accept to befriend and transform, instead of trying to fight and destroy.

You have wings. Learn to use them and fly. You were born with potential. You were born with goodness and trust. You were born with greatness. You were born with wings.
